Audra Ann McDonald es una actriz y cantante estadounidense. Principalmente conocida por su trabajo en el escenario de Broadway, ha ganado seis premios Tony, más victorias en actuaciones que cualquier otro actor, y es la única persona en ganar en las cuatro categorías de actuación. Ha actuado en musicales, óperas y dramas como "A Moon for the Misbegotten", "110 in the Shade", "Carousel", "Ragtime", "Master Class" y "Porgy and Bess".
