Biografía
William F. Watts Jr. es un luchador profesional estadounidense retirado, promotor y exjugador de fútbol americano. Watts ganó fama bajo su personaje de "Cowboy" en su carrera de lucha libre, y luego como un promotor duro y sin tonterías en el Mid-South de Estados Unidos, que creció hasta convertirse en la Universal Wrestling Federation.
En 1992, Watts fue el Vicepresidente Ejecutivo de World Championship Wrestling, pero tras enfrentamientos con la dirección sobre varios temas, así como por sentir presión de Hank Aaron debido a una entrevista racialmente insensible, renunció. Posteriormente, fue reemplazado por Ole Anderson.
En 1995, Watts trabajó brevemente como booker para The World Wrestling Federation. En 2009, fue incluido en el Salón de la Fama de la WWE.
