Clyde Jackson Browne (Heidelberg, Alemania, 9 de octubre de 1948), conocido artísticamente como Jackson Browne, es un cantautor y músico estadounidense.
Entre sus éxitos se destacan las canciones "These Days", "The Pretender", "Running on Empty", "For Everyman", "Lawyers in Love", "I’m Alive", "Somebody's Baby", "Take it Easy" y "Sky Blue and Black".
En 2004 se le nombró miembro del Rock and Roll Hall of Fame en Cleveland, Ohio, y también fue nombrado Doctor Honorario de Música por el Occidental College de Los Ángeles, California.
