Biografia
Eric Idle (South Shields, 29 de março de 1943) é um comediante, ator, dublador, dramaturgo, diretor, cantor, compositor e guitarrista britânico que escreveu e atuou como membro de um dos mais famosos e importantes grupos de humor britânico, Monty Python. É ainda conhecido por fazer parte dos The Rutles, uma paródia dos The Beatles e como criador do musical Spamalot, baseado no filme Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
