Lorne David Lipowitz, CM (Toronto, 17 de novembro de 1944) é um escritor, humorista e produtor de televisão canadense, vencedor de múltiplos Emmys, foi o criador e produtor do lendário programa de comédia Saturday Night Live, um dos mais duradouros programas de entretenimento da história da televisão norte-americana.
Em 2007 a revista TIME considerou o SNL o número 1 na lista dos "100 maiores realitys shows de todos os tempos".
