Maya Deren (Kiev, 29 de abril de 1917 – Nova Iorque, 13 de outubro de 1961), nascida Eleanora Derenkovskaya, foi uma realizadora e teórica cinematográfica norte-americana dos anos 1940 e 1950. Deren também foi coreógrafa, dançarina, poeta, escritora e fotógrafa.
