Joel Grey (Cleveland, 11 de abril de 1932) é um ator de teatro e cinema, cantor e dançarino americano, mais conhecido pelo seu papel como Mestre de Cerimônias tanto no teatro quanto na adaptação cinematográfica do musical de Kander e Ebb, Cabaret. Ele ganhou o Oscar, Tony, Globo de Ouro e o BAFTA.
