Antonio Manetti

Marco Manetti (* January 15, 1968 in Rome) and Antonio Manetti (* September 16, 1970 in Rome) are Italian actors, film directors, and screenwriters. After studying screenwriting with Agenore Incrocci, Furio Scarpelli, and Ettore Scola, Antonio Manetti presented a short film in 1994, which he shot on video. Following an episodic contribution to "De Generazione," he directed "Torino Boys" in 1997, co-directed with his brother Marco. Marco worked with Vittorio Sindoni and directed the short film "Passaparola" before joining his brother. The same duo followed up with the commercially oriented "Zora la vampira" in 2000. After the thriller "Piano 17," which was made in 2005, the brothers produced episodes for a television crime series and "L'arrivo di Wang" in 2011. From time to time, Manetti accepted offers as an actor. Since the turn of the millennium, the Manetti brothers have been producing their films themselves.
