Fernando Bilbao (born Fernando Arrien Elgezabal) is a Spanish actor.

Born presumably at the beginning of the 1940s, Bilbao appeared in numerous films from 1964 onward in supporting and minor roles; these were mostly genre films. In the early 1970s, he also received some leading roles in artistically insignificant Italo-Westerns or parts as monsters in horror films, in which the towering Bilbao—usually appearing with a thick beard and disheveled hair—also played under the names Fred Harris, Fred Harrison, or Fernando Arrien. After the mid-1980s, he was rarely seen, with his last appearance in 2002.
