Jonathan Malen

Jonathan Malen (born October 23, 1987, in Toronto) is a Canadian film and television actor as well as a producer. He is a co-founder of the production company "By Any Means Necessary," which deals with film and television production. He has appeared in such series as *Angela Anaconda*, *Screech Owls*, *Girls, Guys*, *The Blobheads*, and *Dark Prophecy*. He has also played roles in films such as *Love Comes First*, *Possessed*, *The Test*, *The Return of the Reindeer*, *Mean Girls*, *The Plague*, *King of the River*, *Dancing Dreams*, *Charlie Bartlett*, *Rocker*, *My Name is Syn*, *House at the End of the Street*, and *Perfect Sisters*. The actor has been nominated for two awards: the Gemini in 2002 for his role in an episode of the series *Screech Owls* in the category Best Performance in a Children’s or Youth Program or Series, as well as the Young Artist Award (2001, 2002, and 2003) in various categories for roles in *Screech Owls* and the television film *Possessed*.
