Laura Bro

Laura Bro (born April 27, 1973, in Frederiksberg, Denmark) is a Danish actress, daughter of actors Helle Hertz and Christoffer Bro, and sister to actors Anders Peter Bro and Nicolas Bro. Additionally, she is a cousin of actor Steen Stig Lommer and a niece of actresses Vigga Bro and Lone Hertz, as well as actor Tony Rodian.

After completing her education at the Danish National School of Performing Arts in 2002, she made her debut in "Vildanden" at the Danish Theatre the same year. In 1986, she provided the voice for Røskva in the Danish animated film "Valhalla," but is perhaps best remembered for her role in Kenneth Kainz's film "Rene hjerter," where she starred alongside Anders Matthesen. She has also appeared in the DR series "Sommer," in Susanne Bier's "Brødre," the comedy "Den rette ånd," and DR1's "Krøniken." On stage, she has participated in "Tørklædemonologerne" and "Købmanden" at the Betty Nansen Theatre and "Lille Eyolf" at the Royal Danish Theatre.
