Biography

Max Elloy (born Maxime Elloy), born on May 5, 1900, in the 19th arrondissement of Paris, and died on January 16, 1975, at the Bichat-Claude Bernard Hospital in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, was a virtuoso jazz drummer, a member of Ray Ventura's Collegians, a leading actor in musical comedies, and later a prolific character actor.
