Michael Steinocher

Michael Steinocher (born July 11, 1983, in Vienna) is an Austrian film and television actor. He made his screen debut at the age of 14 in the role of Axel in the television series "Die Knickerbocker-Bande" (1997), based on the book by Thomas Brezina. In 2000, after graduating from high school, he began studying acting at the Vienna Conservatory and has since appeared in Austrian and German television series, including "Kommissar Rex," "Medicopter 117," and "Tatort," as well as television films, including the drama "Ostatni ślad" ("Vermisst - Alexandra Walch, 17," 2011) as Moritz Weber alongside Richy Müller, the fantasy thriller "Kolekcjoner dusz" ("Isenhart - Die Jagd nach dem Seelenfänger," 2011) with Bert Tischendorf, Sebastian Strobel, Gotthard Lange, Johannes Krisch, and Jeanette Biedermann in the role of Konrad von Laurin, and the drama "Testament nierządnicy" ("Das Vermächtnis der Wanderhure," 2012) as Andrej Grigorjewitsch with Alexandra Neldel. In 2007, he received the Romy Award in the category of "Best Debut" for his role as Clemens in the film "Zginiesz w ciągu 3 dni" ("In 3 Tagen bist du tot," 2006). In 2008, he received the Undine Award in the category of "Best Young Actor in a Television Film" for "SOKO Kitzbühel."
