Biography

Samuel Labarthe is a Franco-Swiss actor born on **May 16, 1962**, in Geneva.

A member of the Comédie-Française from **2012 to 2015**, he is notably known for portraying Commissioner Swan Laurence in *Les Petits Meurtres d'Agatha Christie* from **2013 to 2020**. More active in theater and television, he has also appeared in films, such as in *La Conquête* and *Notre-Dame brûle*, where he plays Dominique de Villepin and General Gontier, respectively. Also active in voice acting, he is regularly the French voice of George Clooney and one of the voices for Liam Neeson and Javier Bardem.
