Stefan Behrens

Stefan Behrens (Dresden, June 2, 1942) is a German actor and voice actor.

Primarily active in television and theater, he has appeared in over sixty different productions, starting from the mid-1960s. Among his main roles, he notably played Benedict "Ben" von Weber in the television series *Der Hausgeist* (1991–1993); he is also well-known to the public for appearing as a guest star in various episodes of the television series *The Inspector* (*Der Kommissar*) and *The Old Fox* (*Der Alte*).

As a voice actor, he has provided his voice for actors such as Bruce Glover, Bruno Kirby, Dudley Moore, Michael Nesmith, Austin Pendleton, and others.

He is the nephew of actor and director Viktor de Kowa and was the partner of actress Evelyn Hamann (1942–2007).
