Biography

Theodore Bilis (French: Théodore Bilis; 13 May 1913 – 30 April 1998), known as Teddy Bilis, was a French actor and voice actor. He was a resident member of the Comédie-Française between 1948 and 1956, then taught dramatic arts at the École de la rue Blanche and was also very active in the field of dubbing.

Among the films in which he appeared are *Fort Saganne*, *The Testament of Doctor Cordelier*, *Rights*, *The Gates of Paris*, and *Riffifi*.
