Thomas Braut

Thomas Braut (Berlin, May 22, 1930 – Munich, December 13, 1979) was a German actor and voice actor. An actor who was primarily active in television and theater, between the big and – above all – small screen, he appeared in about seventy different productions, starting from the late 1950s; he was, among other things, a familiar face to the public for having appeared as a guest star in various episodes of the television series "L'ispettore Derrick." As a voice actor, he lent his voice to actors such as Allan Bates, Claude Brasseur, Richard Burton, Johnny Cash, James Coburn, James Drury, Mark Forest, Giuliano Gemma, Gene Hackman, Dennis Hopper, Oliver Reed, Renato Salvatori, William Shatner, Adam Williams, etc. He was the husband of actress and voice actress Ursula Herwig (1935-1977).
